Right of Cancellation

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your contract declaration within 60 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with § 312c Paragraph 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the item in good time.

Exclusion of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts:

1. for the delivery of goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or which are clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable for return due to their nature or which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded,

2. for the delivery of audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs and DVDs) or software, provided that you have unsealed the delivered data carriers.
If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and are acting in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

A pre-requisite for the refund of the purchase price is that the goods are in perfect, unused and complete condition. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the goods and to claim for any damage.

Orders with delivery to non-Schengen European countries and non-EU countries:

The return shipment is at the expense of the buyer.
