Orders with delivery to Germany:

All orders with delivery within Germany are free of shipping costs. We deliver with the quality shipper DHL. The shipping time is approx. 1-3 working days from order.

There is a sixty-day right of return from receipt of the goods. A prerequisite for the refund of the purchase price is that the goods are in perfect, unused and complete condition. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the goods and to claim for any damage.

Orders with delivery to other EU Schengen countries:

For orders up to €499.99, shipping costs may apply depending on the country of delivery. These are displayed in good time in the checkout. For orders above €500,- we cover the shipping costs for each country. We deliver with FedEx. The shipping time is approx. 3-5 working days from order.

All orders are subject to weight-based shipping costs. These are displayed in good time in the checkout. We deliver with Fedex. The shipping time is approx. 5-15 working days from order. 

Any import taxes and import duties must be borne by the customer. We have no influence on their amount. Please contact your local customs authority.
